Livare Villa

About The Project

This interior design project is the culmination of a remarkable partnership between our studio and Biombo Architects, a collaboration born out of a shared passion for creating exceptional spaces that elevate the tropical experience. Together, we sought to merge Biombo’s expertise in tropical architecture with our own design vision, resulting in a home where every detail is thoughtfully curated to celebrate both nature and craftsmanship.

From the outset, we embraced the architectural elements that define Biombo’s work: bold angles and straight lines that create a sense of structure and harmony with the surrounding environment. These defining elements are carried through into the interior, where we have woven them into the design to create visually striking spaces that feel both dynamic and cohesive. Every room flows effortlessly from one to the next, each angle purposefully leading the eye toward another beautiful moment within the villa.

In this project, materiality plays a vital role in enriching the atmosphere. Our careful selection of different wood species and natural finishes enhances the organic beauty of the space, drawing from the richness of the local environment. The warmth and texture of wood are balanced with the simplicity of modern design, bringing an elevated tropical aesthetic to life. Each surface, each detail, feels grounded and timeless, contributing to a space that feels both fresh and enduring.

What truly sets this project apart, however, is the trust placed in us by our client. With a shared vision for the space, our client allowed us the freedom to create without constraints, trusting our design instincts every step of the way. This creative freedom allowed for a deeper connection with the space, and we are grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

This villa is not just a place, it’s an experience. An experience made possible through the collaboration between architecture, interior design, and a client who believed in the process, letting us shape a space that feels both inspired and intimately connected to its tropical surroundings.
